That was when Bush was a do-nothing president. He figured it would all be alright no matter what.

I don't know why nothing was done! On 9/10 police had bomb-sniffing dogs in the WTC. What baffles me even more is why Bush didn't jump up and get ready for action when he first heard about it. Instead, he just kept reading to the classroom of children. It wasn't like he was in shock or surprised or anything. He knew it was going to happen. Face it, he doesn't give a crap about any of us, he is really good at being a bad president.
He is the only one who could have given permission to U.S. military jets to intercept and shoot down the hijacked planes thereby averting every target hit after the first. It is likely that he knew that other hijacked planes were in the air, and he could have given the command to intercept and shoot down if necessary. His known behavior constituted gross negligence at best, and given what he most probably knew, treason

Why would they want to do anything about it when Bush and his administration wanted a war. I feel Bush and the administration wanted a war for reasons we may not know. We think it way for oil, but the words "shock and awe" were written in 1997. That was a precursor to the war, and if you think about it --it seems people in this administration is wanting to do away with The Constitution, by changing laws without going through congress. This is not a Republican or Democrat thing, but the Republican party was used (or taken over) to carry out these things. Think about who would benefit with the outing of a CIA agent--that's who outed her. There no oil in Darfur, is that why our government is not helping the people there.

Had they stopped the so called terrorist attack then the president would not had a reason to go to Afghanistan and Iraq.
In fact sit and think of how different the United States would be had the attack not have happened.
Then think about who really gained from the death of three thousand innocent people.
A small sacrifice to make for the chance to rule the world.

They probably thought, "Yeah right, let see them try to bomb a country like ours, we'd smother them." I don't think the administration took it all that seriously until we were attacked, considering we hadn't been attacked before. Now, you even have to be careful what you say on a public website or the FBI or Secret Service would probably come get your a@%.

It is one thing to know that people hate you and want to hurt you, it is quite another knowing how, where and when. Note that the government is trying to do something about it and yet you hear all the libs screaming:"my rights, my rights, they are taking my rights away" or "profiling isn't right, all religions have terrorists, etc....
If we get hit again part of the credit will go to the ACLU and CAIR among others.

Because the Left would have impeached them for being hicks and racist. Do you really think that the left would let them attack/imprison someone that hadn't done anything? These are the same idiots who want amnesty, and you think they would let Bush go after these guys, you are wrong.
