Its a trick question:
The malphigian tubules, is the old name for the proximal and distal convoluted tubules in the kidney (they didnt write kidney as an option, because is also the obvious correct answer)---
so, being the kidney with its convoluted descending and ascending malpighian tubules, responsible for cleansing the blood of excretory end products, and metabolic by products, IS the proper answer... letter "E"..
