im not talking about people with college educations. also i live in nashville tennessee

Well when I moved out I was only making $6.75 an hour. So times that by 40 and that is what I made before taxes were taking out. So after taxes I 'd say around $200 a week or so.
Now minimum wage is more than that so you'll make more but not much more unless you get lucky and find a decent job that makes more than that.

stay at your parents house and save your money if at all possible. It'll go way too fast if you move out. especially in Nashville.

you should figure...1/4 of your paycheck should go to Rent, 1/4 should go to electric, phone, cable, and other bills, 1/4 for grocery's and gas
1/4 for the other things you spend money on.

So basically, if you can;t make enough in a week to pay for a months rent, you should get a roommate or get a better job
