Victorian amenities?

I was wondering how common it was for Victorian people to own swings (set) and fountains.

Them Swinging Victorians - - - - ever seen a house with a backporch and suspended by chains a bench? Popularised by the Victorians though in American the term was not used until Modern Times !! As for tree swings, most people will hedge their bets and suggest that by the 1820's some inventive soul attached a leather sling to two ropes and hung it from the stout branch of a tree. Most likely a Seaman, perhaps a ship's Captain, since a 'bosums' chair' on a ship most resembled the modern swing set.

As for fountains - - - many were made for public squares and such but rarely for a private residence. However a swank mansion would certainly boast of a fountain.

As for 'Soda Fountains' they started bubbling up during e 1860's in both Britain and America so they fit your timeline...
