ufo's aren't real. It takes huge amounts of energy to travel that far. If they spend so much energy, they mean business.
They wouldn't run around hiding and pretending they don't exist. If we silenced them, they'd probably be a little offended and fight back and annihilate us.
If they made the effort to come here, they would either
join us and help educate us,
mine our planet, or sun for all the energy its worth, so they could make the next jump,
or They would create a jump base near our Solar system and It wouldn't be easily hidden.
When they get here, believe me. We'll ALL know.
They'll probably explain alot about other deminisions and open up a HUGE jump in our intellecual evolution.
Their technology would be every where.

Your question is premature. The existience of UFO's (assuming you mean spaceships) has not been proven. They have been alluded to but not verified.
