Borders Book Store is having a ball thing for the release of the 7th Harry Potter book. It said you can wear ball attire. I don't want to "under-dress," but I don't want to be the only one wearing a fancy dress and feel stupid. What would you wear?

This is a fun book, and it's the only time the last one will be released.
Get dressed up--all the way up! Make sure you have your photo taken, and rent a black cat to carry along, with a rhinestone necklace!
Be the one who 'makes the scene happen' and don't feel stupid at all.
