I've got a 10 gallon tank with a fancy male guppy(other one died today thanks to 4 bumble bee gobies), and 3 white cloud minnows. I took the gobies out, but still have the minnows and guppy together... The guppy sits at the top where it's warmer with the light on and my minnows are swimming aaaaall over the place... What's a safe temperature for the both of them?

Anywhere in the low 70s would be okay. The white clouds are more of a cold-water species, but they are capable of living up into the tropical range if necessary (as long as they have adequate aeration for dissolved oxygen). Guppies are thought of as tropical, but they can tolerate temperatures into the mid-high 60s. So 70-72o would be a good compromise.

20-26 celsius would be find you should test it out to see how the fish cope with it. They will eat flake food.
