You may be able to get a CDL, depending on how long ago and how far apart your Texas DWIs were.
But as a California resident, I beg you to stay in Texas!

No,one DWI and you cant get one for 10 years,2 and your out for good.Don't switch states that won't help either,they are federal licenses,all your info is displayed in any DMV across the US.And personally i don't think you have figured out how dangerous DWI is,and who would hire you to drive anyways?
