I would make the potion Felix Felicis, for a very lucky day! :)
If I could have one spell from Harry Potter, I'd choose "accio." How often have I settled down to watch TV only to have the remote across the room? "Accio remote!"

spells would be disillusionment charm, which would make me invisible. hehe i have no particular reason to be invisbile but it'd be cool! i guess also the summoning charm sounds damn useful.
potions... hmmm.... well as felix felicis is everybody's choice i'll just have to come up with something original. how about polyjuice? i'm surprized nobody chose that - you could be anybody! it'd be like being mystique from x-men.
so what would YOU choose, ben c?
EDIT: I just found a whole lot of potions i totally forgot about that i'd love to make, thanks to that list of potions on hp-lexicon!

I agree, I would also use Felix Felicis. It would be totally awesome to have!! Even if you can't use it all of the time.
But another one that I would make is Veritaserum because if you are really worried that someone is lying to you then you can put it in their drink and find out if they are or not.

Yeah there are actually seven books for it... they're called the Harry Potter books. But seriously, I know of no other resource that will give you every single spell that is used.
