Hands down, the war in Iraq.
Once the politicians vote to authorize a war - they should step back and let the generals in the field orchestrate it.
We learned all too well how effective political wars are in Viet Nam.

Well, of course, anything that the government is going to be involved with will become political. So, that makes a good case for keeping the government out of things like healthcare. Hmm. Seems like I've heard Ron Paul suggesting that. Maybe he was right after all.
