I have always herd that Missionary and doggy style were the best position if you are ttc because it allows for deeper penetration allowing the sperm to get closer to the egg.... also a health couple only has about a 20 % chance of getting preg. every cycle.......even if you have sex every other day and he finishes inside you every time...

You can get pregnant in ANY position ANY time you have unprotected sex. You are most likely to get pregnant when you are ovulating though. If your partner ejaculates inside you every time, then every time, you have a good chance of getting pregnant. You have MORE of a chance if you are ovulating.
