This little girl's story, which (thankfully) ends well, is only one in a growing number of lawless acts taking place in Nigeria, where the people are incredibly improverished, and a few officials bought and installed by oil companies give away the country's riches.

I think that it is awe inspiring that the kidnappers offered to trade the daughter for her father...
Even though it is disturbing, it shows that they do not want to harm little girls... they just need money.

Oil and selfishness have become one and the same.

Just look at the kind of people who drive Hummer SUV's to the mall... (generally to buy clothes made by Malaysian children for .40 cents a day).

have you ever been over there or are you just spreading a rummer. How do you know what the oil companies are doing or not doing. Maybe you should check out the facts from several sources before you are so quick to make a judgment. Just curious as to how you can tie in payola to the muslims

Terrorism isn't just a religious-based activity. It's mostly brought on my impoverished conditions, social injustices, and the like.
