My husband and I have been trying to concieve for months to no avail, any advice.

Start taking a prenatal vitamin if you already haven't.
Use the Ovulation predictor kits from days 9 and up until you see your positive.
Even if you are not sure if you are ovulating or not keep having sex every other day from the day your period ends. If you are not disgusted by it, have sex all month long.
Give your partner a day to abstain from any ejaculation to build up his sperm. sperm can live inside your body under the right conditions for anywhere from 3-5 / 5-7 days.
Lay still for 10-15 minutes after sex or take a nap.
Try not to over do it. Dont lift anything heavy, limit strenuos activities and just take it easy.
Have fun sex.. don't make it an absolute chore.
Don't use any lubricant except for your natural lubricant.. others can block sperm from passing through to the uterus and to your tubes. have him stimulate you naturally and rely on your own cervical mucous for lube.

Relax and just make it as fun and enjoyable as possible.. i know it's easier said then done, we have been ttc for a few months to no avail also....Lots of babydust to you Good luck!! Have you by chance tried the ovulation test kits we started that this month so we are keeping out fingers crossed... Best wishes...!!!!!!!!

make sure you do it on your ovulation days if you do not no when they are do research or you can but ovulation detection kits at walmart or something. you two just need to do it at the right time-after sex make sure you do not get up just lay there for awhile and put a pillow under your butt after wards!!good luck to you

try taking vitamin E capsules, and folic acid, and try not stressing, because that doesn't help at all. good luck, baby dust to you.

eat healthy, dont smoke, find out when your ovulating and take folic acid.

make sure your having sex around the time that you are ovulating.
