I am off next week. Going to my ancestors home in Kentucky. Where did you go or planning to go?

I don't know about this yr.....went last Jan. to Arizona...Kingman....and in 2004...went to Wisconsin...that was a long trip....I get a little antsy in a car...wanna go down to the beach soon...either Newport or Balboa, just for the day....that's so cool u get to go to Kentucky...I've heard it's beautiful....well have a good trip...so u won't be on Y/A for awhile (next week)?????? :(

My daughter and I are flying to Florida to visit my parents. My other daughter is visiting them right now. People say I'm crazy to go to Florida in August, but I love the heat and humidity and if I'm lucky, maybe I'll get to see some thunder and lightning storms like they're having right now. I live in SoCali and we never get any thunderstorms!

I went to Florida for 3 weeks but it wasn't a vacation...visiting my mom is no vacation!!! I'm going again in Sept..that will be more fun, my daughter and granddaughter are going with me.

last vacation i had was about 9 years ago. went to cal, las vegas, seen many different things. i loved it. id like to go ther again someday.
