You have a baby.
That is the number one symptom.

I would wait three days after your missed period. Testing in the morning is the best time to test. Some of the syptoms would be: throwing up, feeling fatigue, overly emotional (crying all of the time over stupid things like songs). I remeber one time when I was pregnate I would cry when certain songs would come on. Funny hu? Not at the time.

That is sometimes a little tricky. Different women present different symptoms, for me i noticed breast tenderness and loss of energy. Some women have those symptoms prior to there cycle. I remember other than the tenderness of the breast and the loss of energy i had some nausea not necessarily vomiting and some of the things that normally didn't make me sick did and these were symptoms i had before i was "late". I hope this was some help.

Usually takes over 72 hours to conceive (this is why the Morning After pill can be taken within 3 days of intercourse). Tests can show pregnancy as soon as 5 days before a missed period. Some signs are nausea, sore breasts, and fatigue.
Whoever gave me that thumbs down clearly has no idea what they are talking about.

usually takes between 7-10 days after conception for your body to begin producing the pregnancy hormone HCG which the tests pick up to determine whether or not you have concieved... I found that breast tenderness was a big factor in very early pregnancy, but this will vary from person to person as will all other symptoms.

i had sex and a few hours later i felt a flutter by my left ovary. I realized right then I was ovulating...uhoh.. haha :) So I knew right off. If you don't normally feel when you ovulate, then wait 2 weeks roughly. I felt my breasts get sore, and super slight nausea (ive got a cast iron stomach too! super weird for me). Then - get this - no symptoms. Got my period too!
Well.. come to find out it was implantation bleeding. If I wasn't suspicious about it and didn't take a HPT, I probably would have been 3 to 4 months preggo before I would have realized, "hey... I haven't had a period in awhile".. lol :)
Best Regards.

I think you can know as early as about two to three weeks with a good pregnancy test, and I know some of the symptoms are nausea and cravings.

If you miss your next period, take a test and then you will know. Symptoms are tiredness, possible nausea, need to go pee a lot. Really no difference between pregnancy symptoms and PMS.

There is no certain time frame after having sex to tell if you are pregnant. You have to wait till its time for your period. The best time to take a pregnancy test is in the morning b/c the hormone levels are higher.
