I think I may have found cannabis at my park. Do I just pull it out and throw it away? Do I tell park officials, officers,etc?

When smokers clean their weed, they discard seeds. Could be pure happenstance that it grew. OTOH, could be someone planted it there...methinks perhaps back on 4/20 when a lot gets dropped in the ground purely as a statement, particularly when it's in a public place. Folks growing to smoke would put it a bit more out of the way of prying eyes.
Regardless of how it got there, depending on your feelings about pot smokers, either ignore it or call the cops. Take the given advice and don't mess with it yourself. Either leave it be or call the cops.

i could smoke the lot in my own time. i could have myself filmed on an identical time as smoking a number of it making particular i'm disguised. once I truly have comprehensive smoking all of it i could deliver copies of the photos to the BBC and the airport in question so as that i will gloat over my sturdy fortune the custom officers stupidity. with regard to the story i come across it somewhat suspicious and that i'm not sure if the customs officer became telling the actuality. He suggested that he did it to strengthen the canine's ability and then he on the instant says the canine has continuously succeeded in the previous, why attempt to strengthen the canine if the canine is already doing it genuine? fairly whilst there is the possibility of entering into difficulty for breaking the regulations. It does not make sense. If the canine had of detected it then i think the passenger could have ended up in penal complex on a trumped up drugs value. consistent with possibility the officer became searching for merchandising.

Dont touch it and act like you never saw it. Why do you care? You think some little kid is going to get a bright idea to smoke it. No, its just going to be there just like every other plant. Leave the sh*t alone.

Do not pull it or handle it yourself. If you're caught in the act you will be arrested for harvesting and possessing it! Inform the local pd by phone - even then, they may suspect you know who planted it.

Leave it alone and call the cops.
As others have said, if you handle it, the cops will assume it is yours.
If you've already touched it, tell the cops so it will account for your fingerprints on the package.
