Which city has a more pleasant climate?

San Francisco may beat Seattle and vice versa on different issues. both cities share at least a few things in common; they are close to the water and sit on a hill though the hills in Frisco are a lot steeper than those ones in Seattle.

Seattle is cool and rainy a lot.
San Francisco is milder for sure and less rain. Youo can also go across the bay to Berkeley and Oakland and find it sunny and warm even if SF itself is cool and foggy.
