A 4.8 volt nicad battery, trickle charger. Use a 4001 diode in line to stop the pack discharging through the panel in poor light. It could be left on forever without overcharging the pack.

Not much. Maybe a LED light or a calculator.

A radio uses about 80 watts
A small lightbulb about 15 watts
A TV, 300 watts

Not much. You can use it as a battery charger (for a 6-volt battery, like a motorcycle or lawnmower), or run some LED outdoor lights (as a daytime charger, again).
