Yeah. I need to learn when to shut up. Every one who knows me knows when I speak I always have good intentions, but the wrong words always come out and hurt some one. This especially happens around people I care about and it hurts me too.

probably i say stupid things every day that happen to offend/hurt peoples feelings. most people do - everything offends everyone these days. you cant please everyone. when you say something you believe to be pleasant, someone else around the room will hear it from a totally different perspective...unless you surround yourself with people exactly like you.
um and i probably do need to "learn when to shut up" in the sense that people usually cant handle the truth - they get angry and immature. not my problem. if you dont want to hear what i have to say then dont listen.

Have done it ocassionally, but mostly I think about what I am going to say before I say it. I am cautious like that.
