If I were, I wouldn't continue participating on R&S. If even just one theist pauses to think about the reasons I am an atheist and finds these reasons to have validity, I will have contributed a little bit to the elevation of human dignity while simultaneously helping eliminate the toxin that is organized religious superstition.

I completely agree!!! Pregnancy is one of the worlds greatest mysteries. Even if the conditions are right, not everyone conceives. So instead of wasting precious seconds waiting for some random stranger to tell you if you're pregnant, get your butt offline and go take a test. And I really don't want to hear that people don't always have access to test. That's a bunch of B.S. Everyone manages to have access to cigarettes, booze and other "hobbies", hell even the internet, but can afford $1 for a test???? Yeah, sure.

This is like the 100th time someone has B*itched about this, does it do any good? Will the people who post a "am I pregnant" question see yours and say, "oh, I don't want to annoy this person, maybe I will go ask someone else!"
NO, THEY WILL NOT! So why complain? They probably have no one to ask about the symptoms and are scared, weren't you there once? I know I was, thank God I have a medical background though and can answer my own questions. But not all of us are nurses married to doctors. Many of the questions on here have been asked at least once or twice, I am sure even yours. So be more considerate next time, yes its annoying, but is it our business? NOPE

Dont read the pregnancy bit if it annoys you so much, some of the women and girls are asking these questions to find out what the symptoms are, or if anyone has been in same situation or looking for a bit of advise, not everyone knows everything about everything so give everyone a chance, this site is for answering peoples questions so why ***** about it!! it would be a different matter if it were one of yous in a situation needing a bit of advice so if it bothers you so much dont read them and you's obviously want to read them or you wouldnt bother looking!!!!!!

Yes, but they are just women, or girls, being anxious about the idea that they may be having a baby. And somehow asking a stranger who isn't biased on their situation, makes them feel better. They are doing it more out of excitement than anything else, I think most women have the wits that they have to take a test and see a doctor to find out for sure, but sometimes 50 strangers on the Internet telling them the same thing reassures them they are going down the right path. Really if you are sick of them, then do not open them. But some of them can be relevant.

I agree, if you want to know if you are pregnant, either go to the grocery store and buy a test or open up the yellow pages and look up planned parenthood. I understand that not everyone gets a lot of information about your resources if you think you're pregnant, but if you're smart enough to know how to type on a computer and sign up for a yahoo account and ask the question you can open the yellow pages and find a doctor. Honestly, and lack of sexual education? Not likely, the internet is a vast resource.

I gotta' agree with you - come on people - if you can figure out how to sign on to a computer and type the question - you can figure out how to buy a home pregnancy test, read the directions and get the results!!!
I understand that there are people who need support, someone to listen, etc. etc. etc. but doesn't that really come after the test results? And if you're that worried because the condom broke - go get the plan B pill...

Pat - pat..."there, there" Yes, I totally understand. That's why I skip most of those questions. However, remind yourself that some of those asking are likely rural kids and they are often pretty naive. I know..I was one of those once. What I can't figure out is why nobody ever reads the information sheet in a pregnancy test.
