I did alot of community service hours, i watch out for little kids at certain skools. I'm EXTREMLY talented in Art, i can draw. My SAT scores are great. But my grades are basically Cs, and my GPAs a 2.4 at the time. Im hitting senior next year. Do I still have time to boost up my GPA and grades for colleges? Im basically going to major in Illustration, cartooning, drawing, etc.

Anyone can go to college as long as you have enough money. Considering you have high SAT scores, after school activities and community service you probably have a good chance. Since you have Cs now there is always time to boost your GPA. Just put your nose to the grindstone and work hard.

Also consider taking the ACT. That will help you as well if you make a high enough score on it.

Two possibilities: First, you can do really well in your senior year and show them that you have matured and are no longer the underachiever you were early on. The high SAT scores will help in that department, but you will REALLY have to kick into gear this year to prove this. Secondly, you can go to a community college for two years, then transfer. It isn't the worst thing in the world, and all they require is that you graduated from high school.

Depends on what college you are planing on attending. A 2.4 is not very good, and most colleges only look at the first three years on high school but there's always hope.

get the best grades you can and hope for the best.

Good luck.

A batting average higher than 1.000 is indeed impressive. Also impossible. An art school might be willing to set your grades aside if you can show them an impressive portfolio. Meanwhile do the best you can your senior year. They do give some credit for improvement.

It is all about the money not the grades. As long as you graduate from HS any state or community college will take you if you pay for the credit hours.
