what does ato mean in real estate?

I see "ato" alot in real estate listings and Ive always wondered what means.

ATO, usually means Approval To Operate / Authority To Operate. Its similar to a power of attorney but isnt as formal. Allows the person assigned to operate on your behalf in your absence.

I know this is an old question, but this answer may help someone out.
ATO can mean like sircarpediem says.
ATO can also mean According To Owner.
That puts it on the owners back if it doesn't work.
The listing I looked at said. "Cell phone service works well here" (ATO)
