I only caught a small part of it but its played on rock 108 and this guy in a kind of possessed voice goes I dont mind, I dont mind, I dont mind then it cuts to an electric guitar solo

Its a hard rock song, the guy sings softly first and then goes to a hard rock voice singing I dont mind. Its not any kind of punky voice. ITs like a nickelback type of voice.
