UFO = Unidentified Flying Object

If an object is flying, and you haven't identified it, it's a UFO. Simple as that.

Later, after you identify it, you can call it a weather balloon or an alien spacecraft or whatever you've decided it is. Until then, it's a UFO.

Of course, but not the way you are thinking.

UFOs are UNIDENTIFIED flying objects, so anything up in the air that we can't immediately identify is, by definition, a UFO. However, I would be VERY surprised to find that any were of the extraterrestrial variety.

Is there stuff up in the sky people can't identify? Sure. It happens all the time.

Is it aliens? No. Note that you won't find astronomers claiming to have seen UFOs, and we look up at the sky more than anyone. The difference is, we know what we're looking at.

It has neither been scientifically PROVEN nor DISPROVEN

Until there is stone cold proof, I would like to believe that we are not the only intelligent life in the near infinite universe

And, yes, I have seen some things that were not identified and by the way they moved, were not aircraft as we know them.....most sitings can be attributed to classified military craft which they will neither confirm nor deny exist.

As mentioned by others above UFO exists.

But I think you wanted to find out are they related with aliens?

No body knows so far. There may be a planet with much advanced technology than ours and creatures may be visiting Earth to study us. Or they may be sending their spacecrafts without any living creatures just to study us.

Between these 2 possibilities the possibility of sending just a spaceship without any living beings from their planet is a higher possibility. This is because irrespective of technological advancements irrespective of how intelligent than aliens are the interstellar or intergalactical travel is going to be extremely difficult.

I think it is impossible for any intelligent species in the whole universe.

You need to travel much much faster than light to do so. For a meaningful interstellar travel you need to travel about 20 to 30 times faster than light. Even if somebody finds out to travel at that rate it is impossible to avoid obstacles on their path at that speed. A small bird hits an aeroplane to damage it severely. Aeroplane flies at about 500 to 100 miles/ hour maximum. Think about Space ship travelling faster than light. Even a small pebble sized ateroid or particle in the space will completely destroy the space ship.

How can you avoid millions and mnillions of such particles during intersellar travel. At such a high speed it is impossible to avoid them.

Rather than science, actually luck may be important in these situations. If luck helps if they send about 1000 space ships 1 or 2 may survive any collision and reach earth. Obviously these are without any life in it. No body would want to suicide by attempting interstellar travel.

So we cannot rule out some UFO being an alen sent item such as space ship.

It is like sending our voyager 1 or 2. But with much faster velocity. There may be intelligent life within 10 to 20 light years from earth. They might be millions of years ahead of us. They may send the space ship at about half of light speed which is still a good speed. The space ship might take few to several years to reach earth. It might revolve around earth for few months collect lot of earth data then either might return to their planet or simply get destroyed. These space ships may also have some robots in them with some local control within the space ship or alternatively all the control may be from their planet.

If you mean a craft that carries aliens from a different planet then, no one knows for sure. It's fun to believe in those sorts of things though. Wouldn't you agree?
