It's probably due to the big change in hormones, so while an organic cream would make you more sensitive down south, it won't necessarily flip the libido switch. Try to get some extra exercise, if your doctor says its safe; that's usually a libido-booster because of the endorphins it releases. Don't force yourself to feel a certain way, and let your husband take his time to make you feel better. You'll be ok, and congrats on the baby :-)

I didn't know there were any creams out there. I am 6 months pregnant and felt the same way. I learned that my boyfriend just has to do more to get me in the mood. We try other things like rubbing and maybe some oral. Anything that can work its way up to sex. The process is just a bit longer. I have also learned that once we start I am fine from there. Its starting that sometimes the hard part. But don't make him feel like he can't try with you because I have also learned its a turn on for him to treat you like you are not pregnant and still try to make love.

This is extremely common. The fact that you want to address it is very refreshing.
Nothing is out there yet to increase libido except imagination- If you can't get lubricated for him, find other ways (that I won't get into, use that wonderful imagination) to assist your husband.
Have you tried setting the mood? Do you feel attractive? Does pornography help? Look at these "organic" ways as well.

I have had alot of sexual dreams oddly enuff but when it comes down to it I really have had no interest whatsoever.Luckily our relationship has been able to survive.Plus once you have the baby you have to wait apprx 6 weeks to heal inside...lol... I havent told him that part! ;)

Ok...When your pregnant sometimes you get that way. If your husband wants to have sex tell him how you feel.
Your husband will support you and put sex aside just to please you and make you happy.
I know everything will turn out alright. Best of luck with you pregnancy.
With Love,
Nikki

I didn't know there was anything you could do about that.
I just sucked it up and let my husband have his way with me.
Things got better 2nd trimester.
