Text messages are not kept by the system. So you are safe. she cant get them. but maybe if you want to be sneaky you should pay for your own phone and stop ticking off your mother for some girl you probably wont give a crap about in three years or less.

Moms can do anything if they want it bad enough. If she really wants to read them she can. I think the more pressing question should be Can my mom turn my phone off? Assuming the answer is yes, as it usually is, perhaps you should lay off the text messaging!

It is damned near impossible to find deleted messages.
Verizon-- Most likely will tell her that you have sent # text messages...
However, check your sent folder. If they are not there.. I don't see how she'll get them.
And unless you are under watch from the Feds.. Then there is no log that is kept...

She can install a 'pre delete forwarder' that forwards your texts just after you hit the delete button.

the only way she can do that is if verizon hacks into your phone.
which I don't think they can do
now cingular
everytime you send a text, it's saved to their computers or whatever
so be happy you don't have cingular.
