YES!!!
Happiness isn't where you are, but who you are. Start with yourself and DECIDE to be happy and notice the small things around you, the beauty in the little things. Don't let anyone ruin your day. If you do, it's your fault alone. Refuse to not be happy.
But, if you just cannot be happy...
1. Get some counseling.
2. Find out there if you need an Rx for depression to correct any unbalances brain chemicals.
Depression is as real a disease as cancer. Don't let it spread.

You should try to be happy with the life you have. You should appreciate it. And yes, I'm happy with my life.

yes i am. I have a wonderful family and everything I could possibly need. I am not rich or spoiled. I just enjoy what I have and try to make the best out of everything. Although i do worry about my future. Right now I really don't know what's ahead of me.

i'm pretty happy with my life. i hope that as i continue living that my happiness will grow inside me, by learning new things about myself and life each new day.

But since I am so happy, it is almost impossible to decide what to change to make the unhappy parts better.

sometimes I can get so sad I cry the whole day through and nothing can cheer me up.
but even that is a small price to pay for the wonders that life brings. so, yes, I like who I am and where I am..even if it isn't a consolation sometimes:)
