I agree - took me many months to find the perfect butter that can be in the fridge, can be spread straight from the fridge but still taste like real butter.
... lucky I have now found the perfect brand....
.. now to just get my boy to put it back in the fridge when done, i hate melted butter when left out.

I have the same problem, especially in the morning butterring my toast, damn butter, hard again.
