I'm tracking my period. DO I count from the day my period ended or from when my period started? Do I like include the days of my period in the calander or do I exclude them and count fom the day my period ended to the next month to when my period started? How do I count the days?

No you always start on the first day of your period as day 1. Yes, you do include those days in your calendar. The first day of your period, day 1, is the first day in your cycle. day 28 would be the last day in your cycle.

you count from the day you start bleeding

The day you get your period is day one, and stays day one no matter what. :)
