To me, that would send up a red flag. Either she's too much of a mama's girl, Mom's way too controlling, or both. I would certainly hope to meet the parents at some point, but on a date? I mean, seriously!

Like I've died and gone to the hot place down under (not Australia...dig deeper). Ppl are always talking red flags...this would be a big one. Run. Run as fast as you can. Rent the Sex & The City dvds and watch what Charlotte went through when she married Trey.

wow, i'd be surprised and very nice to mom, but not sure if there would be a second date.
i'd even sit in the back seat...see that's what i mean. you would know that you'd always take backseat to mom, so not so sure that a second date would be a great idea! hmmm

I would make up some kind of lie and say maybe some other day and then call him if I liked him and asked why he brought his mother was he scared of me or something

I would be very kind to her on the date. But I'd be wondering the whole time why he wouldn't have told me first.

Well I could clearly say that I would not be going on a date with that person. If he is that attached to her like that he would never have time for Lil ole me!
