Like the difference between "I think that car's cool." and "That car IS cool."

"I think that car is Cool" : the speaker is confidant in their own judgements and has weighed up criteria. This leaves discussion over the car open and invites the other into a dialogue.

"That car IS cool" Is almost like reptitive of media hype. Very closed.


Some may see your question and say "I think that question is cool"........this leads to people asking why? it leaves the gate open to converse.

That question is Cool. End of...can I have my 2 points now.
