Most libraries will let you use their fax machines for either free, or around 10 cents a page. You can also try some drug stores.

If you can fax from your pc, copy and fax.
Try Office DePot or Kinkos. Or a friend with a fax.

If you have a computer, and a printer with scanning capabilities, scan the document into your computer. After that, it can be sent as an attachment to an email. Otherwise, try finding someone, or someplace, that has this equipment that you could borrow for one use. Good luck!

try like walmart or heb or stores like that. they charge like a lil bit per fax. i think, and they let you receive fax to.
