ummm well i suggest you get your melee stats close together... but that's just me.... and as far as crafting goes, tiaras give you the most experience for f2p that is easy to replicate.... :^(

Work on you def. Try to get that right up there along with the others. Also make ammys with crafting. You can sell them too.

i havent played runescape in like two and a half years... i hate that game now... but what i remember... i think you should do several defense to catch with attack, like 3 strength.... and leave attack and defence about 4 or 5 behind all the time..... also craft some necklaces and sell them.... or mine rune ess. sell them 20 a piece at banks....

stop training defense and attack if ur not a member. if u are a member and are trying to get dragon armor then keep training those stats. but dragon armor is worth a butt-load of money. if ur a member also train on strength. if ur not a member, stop training attack and defense becuz members cant use dragon and keep training strength to hit better.
