Try using a mild bar soap like you get from hotels. If you don't have that then one like ivory. Wet the stain good with water and then wet the bar of soap and rub over the stain several times with a little pressure and then rinse out excessive soap and wash the shirt with regular detergent. You can go ahead and put a little of the liquid detergent or some other stain removal spray on stain along with doing the soap but I had good luck with just the soap. I was staying at a hotel and had gotten a similar stain on a white blouse and I didn't have access to a laundromat and wouldn't be going home for several days and I decided to try the bar soap and it took it right out. Looked like new. Was very glad too because it was one of my best blouses. I have been using that method ever since and have had great success. Hope it works for you.

Soak your shirt in cold water, Remove the shirt from the water & rub in natural soap. Leave the soap on for 1/2 hr, back to the cold water give a good rub. Now add more soap, leaving the soap on ,pop into your machine on a 30ºc or 40ºc normal wash. Hang the shirt outside . The sun will do the rest of the work for you, any remaning stains will be bleach out by the sun

Buy shout stain remover for set in stains. It only cost like 3 bucks and you we'll be able to use it for months because I'm sure this won't be the last thing you get a stain on.
