It's not the place, it's who you're with.
When I was a loner and a hobbyist, I was obsessed with Japan. I wasn't thinking about making friends, I was just thinking about what place would be the flashiest, and funnest to look at and be in...
Now I don't mind living wherever, so long as I can date and be around girls more. I don't care about my surroundings as much as I do about WHO I'm surrounded by. It's more fun.
So, to answer your question, I would've said "Japan" a couple years ago. Now I'm right where I belong. A depressing hometown turns into something else once you get your first kiss.

Cuba! It's very poor but if you can move past that it has so much culture and life for what a country has gone through. Then you have the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean it's beautiful and the people are overly friendly making you feel at home! I will be going back to Cuba sometime soon.

I have been in many places and from all of them Vancouver , BC would be my final choice.
It is a wonderful place to live, the quality of life is great, the people always happy and willing to help no matter what, it is very secure city.
Ok, it is expensive, but there are so many ways to get a job or star a business, you have all the support from the goverment.
The landscapes are great, the places to visit, the cultural background, etc.

Well, when I was 18, my friends and I went to Africa, to build a hospital. I would love to go there again. Even though theres so much negative things going on in that country, all the people seem so nice.

Hands down---New York City! Of course, I wouldn't want to go unless I had a pocket full of money to spend.
