Well I've worked at BK and the orientation you pretty much just get to fill out some papers (bring a pen/pencil) and then you get a tour of the place and meet some people.. don't worry. BK's orientation was like not even a half an hour.. oh and you get your uniform :)

When I had my orientation I was told to wear a Polo type shirt and slacks, no jeans. At the first day of orientation you should receive your uniform, which will be required for the rest of orientation/employment. AND Mc Donald's is not a bad company to work for. They offer medical benefits, life insurance, bonuses for students who get over a certain GPA, and money towards college books, and they are very flexible in scheduling.

No need to dress up. You already have the job, so just go neat, clean, and casual. You'll be watching training videos, filling out paperwork, so be comfortable. Good luck with your new job. There's nothing wrong with a "Mcjob" as others have called it. It's a start in the working world, and there's no law that says you have to keep it the rest of your life. It can be fun, and you'll most likely make some pretty good friends, too. My best wishes to ya!

No offense, but it's just McDonald's, I wouldn't really worry about it. I worked there briefly in high school and I saw people get hired after coming to interviews in ratty jeans and Korn tshirts. I wouldn't dress up, just wear something clean from your normal wardrobe. You'll be filling out paperwork and watching training videos so I wouldn't worry about getting messy, but I still wouldn't wear anything really nice.

Wear your uniform if you have one. It might be required. Otherwise wear a polo shirt and kacki pants.
I teach an orientation for a restaurant and if someone is not in uniform they are sent home.

Don't wear Ronald McDonald's costume or you'll look like a clown.

Perfect reason not to go...there is nothing more depressing than a mcjob, except for when you get your paycheck at the end of the week, open the envelope, and see how small it will be.

something casual, a pair of jeans and a t-shirt I think would be ok. Something you will be comfortable in. Good luck
