I'd say black is the sexiest it goes well with any skin tone or hair color. But between the two choices i'd say Red is sexier. pink is cute.

Depends on the mood but both is sexy, but red because it is associated with sexy, hot, and passion while pink is associated with sensual, fun, and girlie.
