whether you breast feed or no your breasts are affected by the hormones of pregnancy. some women see benefits ie. fuller more voluptuous, others maybe you feel disappointment at your post pregnancy figure, but girl give yourself a little time. most likely, if you take care of yourself exercise and eat right you won't be worried 6 months from now. 2 weeks from birth most women look terrible in every way still. Even 4 weeks from now everything will firm up. one more thing, the medicine you took to "dry up" your milk isn't some "towel in a pill," it is a hormone and this has affected your breasts more than anything else. Again, let time pass, and try to change your life habits so you don't get pregnant for a couple more years. you have your life ahead of you.I am not saying this to judge you- I had a baby as a teen also. She is now 15, sweet and I wouldn't trade her for the world but I had to make alot of concessions and give up a college scholarship to raise her. Make good choices now so you can help her when she is a teen. Good luck

I learn Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way. It even comprises the sports you have got to train. I additionally learn The Brewer Medical Diet for Normal and High-Risk Pregnancy. I adopted the Brewer nutrition whilst I used to be pregnant. I used the Bradley process with all 4 of my births. I additionally learn Husband Coached Childbirth, however that guide does now not include what you have got to train to get capable for beginning.

Your still in your healing phase of things. They get like that because of the breast milk, it causes them to grow, and soften so you are able to feed the baby if you wanted to breast feed, they dont fully go back to the way they were before you had a kid, but they do become a bit more ferm like before hand after your healing process, etc. Its just part of parenthood.

they got lifted and perky due to them being filled with milk and due to hormones. Now that delivery has happened and you are not breastfeeding, your body tells your breasts to stop making milk. Because you are not makign milk anymore, your breasts have emptied and sagged a bit. This is due to stretched out skin and tissue. They will most likely not go back to the way there were before you got pregnant.

Most of the time, your breasts do sag more after pregnancy, ang most everybody I talk to said they don't go back. Since you are young they could. The skin could just be stretched from being pregnant and your milk coming in, and then go back to how it was after a while. Until then, and in case it don't happen, just get a good push-up bra and don't worry too much about it. From my point of view, I am a mother, and unashamed to look like I have had a child. Congrats on your lil one!!

You need to wear tight tight bras and keep them up as much as possible. If you let them just hang they will stay that way when your milk dries up. If you want help to dry it up faster, than place raw cabbage leaves inside your bra. I know it sounds weird but it really does work.
If you cant find bra tight enough use a scarf or or anything you can find to tie around your breasts.

Sorry, they have changed forever. Pregnancy changes your body in lots of different ways, somethings never go back the way they were before. Sorry. Congratulations on the new baby!

i had my baby when i was 18 and i breastfed my boy for about 7 months but then he started eating a LOT so i wasnt able to continue!
after i weaned him, the same thing has happened to my breasts. i regret to inform you that this is normal, and there is absolutly nothing you can do about it.
people might say that you can exersize your arms and your chest, but the only thing you can do that might make a LITTLE difference, is diet.
other than that, the only way to fix your boobs is to get reconstructive surgery.
it sucks! im already saving up for my surgery lol! feel free to message me if you need anything else

It took a few months before mine were totally back to normal. Just wear a tight sports bra all the time, even when you sleep.
