How do i find dratini in pokemon pearl??

i cant find the waterfall

i found the waterfall , but idk how to get to it.

Remember when you were going to catch Palkia. You must have seen a waterfall in the way in Mt coronet. Simply go there, use surf and waterfall to go up there and fish.

go to hearthome city and go left and you should see a sign that says mt coronet. when you pass through and get to the mt coronet peak got left and use rock climb and go right and there should be an opening ( thats where the waterfall is located). go inside and climb up the waterfall and use the suyper rod. there you have it a dratini.
