how to open my toshiba m30x, to remove CMOS battery?

I try by removing all screws from the bottom, but something still hold inside.

I don't have the Toshiba Satellite M30X laptop, Alex, but I do believe to get to the CMOS battery you're going to have to go from the top. i.e., remove the keyboard, and get to it that way.

I've just downloaded the manual for that particular model, but it doesn't indicate how to change the CMOS battery. I guess they're hoping you'll send it back to them to replace.
