Can't think of the name of this game.?

Question

I recall playing this game at an arcade back in the mid 90's. It was a sitdown Tank game. It had some really cool lvls like underground ones with mossy walls and you just drove around and tried to take out the opponents tank. I really want to find this game and see if I can download it onto my computer. Any help would be wonderful.
