When I was in Jr. high I threw things. Then I realized that after I wasn't mad, I had broken stuff. I learned to toss my laundry around. Gave me the same outlet and no mess to clean up.

I'm a big Auburn football fan.I used to have a habit of getting mad at the TV and throw the remote control when things were not going Auburn's way.I now hold a bean bag in my hand instead.It doesn't cost as much as a remote control.

I am rarely iritated... but when I am I don`t trow stupid words around or even worse... fists. I just cool my temper and after that talk to the person who annoyed me, if he trows a punch or something I call the cops... but cops here are dumb or arive after the scene... or the other guy pays the cops to leave him alone and maybe arrest me... lool...
Never got into a fight, I am a peacefull person... but seen this on tv... and in some relatives (far ones)

I shouldn't answer this but seeing that you are Father! Yes I am a little bull headed once and awhile and if I have a hissy fit I tend to slam doors. Very child like.

Being angry is childish.
The fellings are normal enough. controlling them is another matter.

1) Thumped a wall
2) Screamed in to a pillow

I have never been an angry person, but I have been known to run when I get scared.... In life and here... Only thing now, In life I don't run anymore....
