I found six oval shaped eggs in my front garden. Can I assume from the same type of snake? And is it dangerous?

All ye southerners needs te git you names straightened out, they're black racer's and blue racer's. runner and racer are two completely different words, there is no such thing as a black or blue "runner" snake. But, both black and blue racers are non-venomous, but very aggressive, other than a bite that hurts and infection, they are harmless, if the eggs were left behind unattended by the mom snake, take them to a good pet shop or aspca, where they can get proper care to hatch, if you found them in a nest, leave the nest alone and let nature take its course. remember if you touched them, the mom will more than likely get rid of them, so don't put them back in the nest, take them straight to a pet shop

I've also heard the name "Blue Runner" used for Indigo Snakes. Whatever the name, the eggs might or might not be associated with the snake. The snake itself is harmless; the eggs probably are, too. I'd leave them and see if they hatch and if so, what emerges.
