How do I get tv on an iMac?

My friend has a pc with widescreen monitor that doubles as a tv which is pretty cool but I don't think the iMac has a PCI slot for tv tuner card. What are other solutions? I'd love to watch tv on that 20" screen right on my desk.

you could always look for a USB tuner. they're very abundant, and not terribly expensive.
