For official region 2 releases, I usually buy my anime dvds from http://www.rightstuf.com/cgi-bin/catalogmgr/XAc=zz46ixVfkeNDab/browse/search/5/4/0/0/results/desc/asc/50/1. You could also check http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/releases.php?id=6034 for price comparisons (Amazon, Buy, Righstuf, ZStore, DVDEmpire, etc.) for each of the seven volumes of that series. If you just wanted a region free/Hong Kong made version, I'd probably go with ebay.
