do diet pills really work and are they safe for people under 18? i keep reading about Lipoplex with Hoodia and ppl say it works but is it safe and for 18 and under????

No they dont work at all. The hoodia works (I use it myself). All it does is takes your appetite away and the pills "burn" your fat. Some pills work but in a nasty way. One pill burns your fat and the fat has to go somewhere right? So at random times you have dirhea and you have no warning or control over it so they have to wear diapers.

no they are not safe for people under 18, the only diet pill i would recommend taking though is alli because it is FDA approved, but u should be over 18 before you try it

you should ask your doctor first before trying anything....he may be able to prescribe a diet pill for teens

They don't work and many have bad side effects. Don't take them. Just eat right (cut back on the McD's) and exercise.
