Is my new girl cheating?

I just got together with this new girl & lately she's been acting suspicious. She has this really close guy friend and whenever I want to hang out with her she always says, "Can't! I'm doing something with Bradley (the guy friend". We talk online and on the phone but we're never really together in person. We just got together so I don't really care too much for her yet. But is she cheating? She also is ALWAYS on the phone with Bradley. Once we were at the movies (one rare occasion) and her phone rang and she's all like, "OMG its Bradley, i need to take this!" then ran outside. When she came back in she looked all happy and flirty and stuff. I know Bradley and he's SUCH a player. I think she's cheating, but I'm not sure. Please help!

It definitely sounds like she is using you, cheating on you ,or is just plain not interested in you. Just from reading that paragraph i am tired of the name Bradley. I mean if you know the dude is a player from his reputation then that's kind of all you have to go on. If you suspect that she is cheating then ask Bradley first (if he is really a player then he won't lie about who he has hooked up with), then if he says has been doing stuff with her, ask her if she has been cheating. And if she says she hasn't when Bradley says she has then its time to find another fish in the sea. But then again her and Bradley could just be good friends. You just have to be careful. She might not be cheating and this would be risking the relationship, i suggest to wait a little bit longer for something else more suspicious to happen. Good Luck!

well, my best friend is a guy.
and talking to him makes me really happy although the idea of dating him is practically incest to me.
my best friend is also seriously a ladies man and i have hung out with him instead of my then boyfriend because if im already doing something with him, its not fair to him if i dump him for you.
dont jump to conclusions, it might be nothing at all.
until you see them kiss, or until you know absolutely FOR SURE thats shes cheating, you shouldnt have a problem with bradley, especially if theyve been friends for a while.
in fact, she would probably like you a whole lot more if you made an effort to become friends with bradley.

edit: i would definitely leave a movie if my best guy friend called me, or at the least text him to see whats up.
unless you two were making out...then there might be a bit of a problem there.
just talk to her and see whats up.

Sounds like she's playing. Could be she and ole Bradley are having a good laugh at your expense too.

It shouldn't matter if her best friend is a male or female. What is important is that she's blowing you off for someone else, on a regular basis.

And taking a cellphone call from him while she's out with you???? If that isn't a wake-up call, I wonder what is?
She's showing you no respect at all.

I'd tell her that when she's with you, she needs to save her calls with Brad until later. If she's not interested in that, she obviously doesn't care about you.

I don't think she's cheating... I think (and I could be totally wrong) that she's basically using you to make Bradley jealous. I think as of right now they're probably friends (and flirty), but she's probably thinking that if Bradley knows that you and her are "technically together" then eventually Bradley will become jealous of the situation... like I said- I could be totally wrong too.

Eek. thats always tough. My friend Gabby was going out with this guy Drew, and Drew had this really really close friend Lindsey. Him and Lindesey where best friends since they where 3 so they did everything together. Gabby got really jealous and thought he was cheating. Once he even asked Lindsey to play "Coke & Pepsi" with him instead of Gabby. Gabby got really jealous and dumped him. it turned out that Lindsey & Drew are just friends, and thats all they ever had been. So gabby screwed herself for no reason.

The point of that story is, The whole relationship drama could of been avoided if they talked about it instead of just assumed things. You know what happends when you assume you make an *** out of U and ME (get it ASSUME).

Talk to her, the only way you will ever really know is if you talk.

Dude, you just got played she just might be cheating. But before you go and beat bradley up, just sit her down as calmly as possible and ask her are you cheating if she says no and looks away she is definitely cheating on you. so pay attention to her eyes if she says no.

sounds like she's not exclusive with you.. You know there is this period in relationships when they're just starting that some people assume that the relationship is exclusive. It's not unless you've had that conversation and both agreed to it.

If you don't like her split interest... talk to her about your concerns. Make a decision based on her response and actions afterwards.

Trust is very important in a relationship. Talk to her about this calmly, like you want to some spend more time alone with her, with no outside interferences. If there is still no trust, then it's best that you go your separate ways.
