Carnation Instant Breakfast? Are you nuts? (Poster #2)
That is no food OR drink for a 2 year old! It is loaded with sugar. Don't blame your mother. Lots of kids had powdered milk growing up and don't hate milk now, and not all kids hate it unless it's too watered down. Sheesh.

If spoilage is a problem for the reason why you don't want to get regular milk, look into what is called "shelf" milk. Most large food chains sell it.

It is milk that comes in what looks like a large juice box. It is kept on the shelf and only needs refrigeration after you open it. You can have lots on hand in the cupboard. It's real milk and not powdered.

If powedered is the option you are choosing because of cost, then the first poster's idea is a good one because it tastes the closest to regular milk....but don't dilute it more than you should or it doesn't taste right.

I have used carnation powdered milk, I babysit and will give it to the kids if I run out of the supply their moms leave. It doesn't taste that bad and the kids ages 1.5 - 4 yrs don't seem to know the difference

EWWW.. Why would you do that to your child... I don't drink milk because that's all we had growing up was powdered milk... Try the whole milk, if you can... Or Carnation Instant breakfast in the blender with a banana
