I sing in a cover band. It's me (I'm female) and four guys. We play rock, alternative and some classic rock. Since there are five of us we tried to come up with a name that had "five" in it but SO many names are taken (you just Google the name and it's amazing how many bands are out there). So it's been tough coming up with something. It doesn't have to have "five" but we want it to be catchy obviously, something that says we're fun, we have a good sense of humor, etc. That's not a lot of info but if there are creative people out there, please share ideas! (Nothing offensive or gross though, please!) Thanks.

"5 car pile-up"

Random, I know, but it's a quote from "Scrubs." I don't know if you watch that show. But someone says "My grandpa died in a 7 car pile-up," and then another guy says, "That would be a great name for a band." So, I just changed it to 5 since you wanted 5.

Yes, but they were usually pretty offensive. But me and a friend of mine come up with band/album names all the time, and we've both got bored and done doodles that will be our cover art. Now if only we could get around his pesky infatuation with metal and my inability to do anything musical the band could work. But a name we decided on was Will & The Horndogs because we had a friend named Will who had a girlfriend and they were ALWAYS having sex or making out. Always. And on, none of you can have that name, COPYRIGHT PENDING, stay away >.> Masked Monkey Men is up in the air because of a monkey mask we used to freak people out when we drove through town, along with some weird funny Halloween masks. We had so many, but I can't think of any of them now. Although we've come up with record label names in the past too. And on a sidenote, we never thought of naming a band this, but some construction worker that a friend knew had a box of shirts and hats that said "Team As*hole", without the asterisk. And those would make good stage uniforms. Edit: I liked an earlier idea of just making some up out of things around the room: Kissing Tiki Heads Well Worn Converse Junk Basket Letter Magnets Letter Magnets Spelling Dirty Words Fat Sharpy Useless Software Home-Made Candles Frayed Wicks I think we can safely call that a failure :)
