JK Rowling will write something else. She wants to write for much younger children, and under a pseudonym.

I'm not entirely clear on your question, but I'll do my best. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is definitely the last Harry Potter book in the series. Rowling has said that she would consider making a sort of encyclopedia, possibly for charity, that includes all kinds of background information about the wizarding world. However, this is not a definite thing at all. She has said that she has worked a bit on a different book, one that is not at all anything to do with Harry Potter. She will continue writing, no doubt, but there won't be anything continuing Harry's story.

JK Rowling has not confirmed any future series, and especially no future books about the character Harry Potter, though she has confirmed that she is writing an "encyclopedia of the Harry Potter world" in a book that will most likely be titled "Hogwarts, a History"

Q: Do you think that you will write about Harry after he graduates from Hogwarts? Isn't there a University of Wizardry?
JKR: There's no University for Wizards. At the moment I'm only planning to write seven Harry Potter books. I won't say "never" but I have no plans to write an eighth book
